Providence Hills is a John Wieland community, although some of the older homes were built by other custom home builders.

The development includes more than 250 homes on large lots ranging in size from half an acre to 1 ½ acres. Typical homes are two or three-stories with two or three-car garages. There are several models with multiple front facades. The award-winning floor plans include distinctive elevations and coveted features like soaring two-story foyers and family rooms, a wall of windows, tray ceilings, deluxe trim packages, gourmet kitchens and luxurious spa baths. Some homes have finished basements and third floors.
