Clubhouse Rentals
Looking to host a private affair or a community-wide event? The clubhouse is available for rental to Providence Hills Community Association members who are in good financial standing. Rentals are managed through Bumgardner Association Management.
Private Event Cost: Jan.–Oct.: $50 / Nov.–Dec.: $100 (plus $150 deposit)
Public Event (Open and Advertised to All Residents) Cost: Free
