- Playhouses (note: shed-looking structures are not approved)
- Private pools
- Fencing
- Exterior landscaping changes (incl. trees)
- Deck/porch
- Exterior paint
- Roofing
- Gutters
- Storm windows/door
- Building additions
Note: Your modification may also require municipal permitting. Please check with your local municipality in addition to submitting our request form.

Submit the Request for Residence Modification Review form (PDF) to:
Architecture Review Committee at providencehills@gmail.com as a single PDF packet.
ARC will confirm your packet is complete within 3 business days. The 30–60 day review period begins once your packet is marked complete — most requests are decided in 2–4 weeks.
